Slice the zucchinis about ¼” thick, these slices will serve as pizza crust. (Tip- Slice diagonally to make larger crusts.)
Brush Olive oil on each side of slice and broil for two minutes each side. Take out of oven, top with pizza sauce, cheese, basil and/or favorite pizza toppings. Pop back in oven for approximately 6 minutes.
Slice ¾” thick, brush both sides with olive oil, then grill one side for 7-8 minutes. Remove from grill. Top the grilled side with your favorite pizza toppings then place slices back on grill, non-grilled side down, and grill for 7-8 minutes.
