Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 a can of artichoke hearts
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • water

Put spinach in a frying pan with about 2 tbls of water.  Sprinkle the spinach with a bit of salt.  Place lid on pan and cook spinach until wilted.  Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichokes, and mozzarella.  Heat thoroughly.  Put in 8×8 baking pan and broil for five minutes or until the top is golden brown.
