Panzanella Salad

Don’t be afraid to swap out ingredients in this versatile salad!  Don’t like olives?  Leave ’em out.  Prefer balsamic vinegar to champagne vinegar?  Go for it!  And any ‘ol cucumber will do.  Use up the remainder of last night’s Italian garlic bread loaf.  Click the link below for the recipe from the PBS cooking show, Martha Stewart’s Cooking School.
