Pan Roasted Broccoli/ Brussels Sprouts

In large skillet over low heat melt 2 Tbls butter with 1 Tbl of minced garlic for about 10 minutes to infuse flavors.

Add broccoli florets or Brussels halved lengthways (cut side down) in pan and turn heat up to med-high. Add 1⁄2 tsp salt and 1 tsp smoked paprika, but do not turn or stir veggies. Once bottoms have browned nicely then stir once till browned again and serve.
