Trim heavy stalks off of kale leaves, wash and dry COMPLETELY, there can be no moisture on leaves. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper (available at any grocery store by the tin foil). Lightly spray or brush very thin coat of olive oil on both sides of leaves and place on cookie sheet. Lightly salt with sea salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 until crispy.
Makes great garnish or snacks!
