Greek Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh tomatoes (chop)
  • 1 cucumber (chop and peel)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into 1/2 inch sizes)
  • 1/2 cup chop red onions
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ! tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chop fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Mix together vinegars, oil, salt and oregano
  2. Add the rest
  3. Marinate in fridge for 2 hours. Serve
