1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
2 teaspoons minced garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Apply to grilled meat or vegs right after the food comes off the grill.
